Advanced Geosolutions, Inc (AGI) – the Premier Design-Build Geotechnical Contractor™  is a fast paced, growing firm specializing in innovative ground improvement and specialty piling construction. We offer our services nationwide with support from our regional offices, and through close collaboration with contractors and owners, we provide cost effective and timely solutions contributing to the overall success of the project.

AGI is immediately seeking a highliy motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team in California and/or Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Project estimating and mangement of ground improvement and specialty piling scopes.
• Prepare take-offs, cost estimates, bid proposals, submittals.
• Negotiate contract documents.
• Perform site visits as needed and coordinate construction phase with superintendents.
• Manage field QA/QC and associated costs.
• Coordinate and build relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage overall project budget, and prepare billings and close-out documents.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices to protect workers and the environment.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of related experience in ground improvement, geotechnical engineering, or construction work.
• Project management experience 1+ years, preferred.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, and basic understanding of ground improvement techniques such as compaction, grouting, soil stabilization, and piling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be well organized, responsible, reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, CAD software.
• Active Driver’s license required.
