Advanced Geosolutions, Inc (AGI) – the Premier Design-Build Geotechnical Contractor™  is a fast paced, growing firm specializing in innovative ground improvement and specialty piling construction. We offer our services nationwide with support from our regional offices, and through close collaboration with contractors and owners, we provide cost effective and timely solutions contributing to the overall success of the project.

AGI is immediately seeking a highly motivated and experienced, safety-focused Superintendent to supervise various ground improvement and piling projects based out of the West Coast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Supervise all field activities, including safety, QA/QC, document and communicate daily field activities, procuring equipment and materials.
• Review project take offs, submittals, and ensure field work is installed per the specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor and forecast construction progress, and ensure production work is on schedule and budget.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices to protect workers and the environment.
• Full time travel is required to any AGI job sites, shops as necessary.

Superintendent Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience working in ground improvement, drilling, or construction.
• Superior oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and project managers.
• Strong understanding of and experience with drill rigs, cranes, and other heavy construction equipment.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills, be well organized, responsible, reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• 30 hour OSHA, First Aid/CPR, Certified Rigger & Signal training
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Active Driver’s license required.
